I had got a call from the HDFC bank Customer Care Rep. telling me that Im eligible for an Top-up loan for which they asked me to submit a set of documents which I did & then there in no responds from the Rep who called me & when I try to call the phone is not answered. I later tried to Use the Click2talk from HDFC website, from which I got a call, when I tell them about the Issue they tell me that they don't know from which branch they called & they tell me to call the Customer Care No. 61606161, when I tell them the details they tell me some calculations & that I was not eligible. Then why was all the time & Documents taken. This is a very bad way of handling a Customer & is not really up to the standards of HDFC. Was this information helpful? |
