may be this company not having RBI permission for taking investment from public may be this company not showing any license copy on NET may be this company are fraud kindly take proper inquiry and invest in this company

reviews are mixed. i am confused. i am planning to invest, however i don't understand why heera gold is not answering to any of the complaints

I am totally agree with Brother K W Ahmed, I am also the investor of company, Alhamdulliha I didn't find any fraud or any false promises from the organisation, Whoever do have problem with company please write their name occupation and address with mobile numbers, and For Allah's Sake don't spread rumors regarding Company, Because this is the only organisation which is running free from interest. Heera Group of Co — Fraud

Making False promises to investors.
A company called Heera Group and Heera Import/ export(sister concern firm of Heera Group indulge in collecting money from poor,illiterate Muslim women projecting the siad company as a gold,diamond merchant who buying such things from Ghana,Nigeria at very low coat and selling them back in india or somewhere else(about this they never disclose to whom they are dealing with) at higher price and earned handsome profit such profit they distribute to there clients or members,My Mother in laws fell in there trap and invested with them,when come to know about said company i phoned them but my phone remain unattended no one present to attend my call during office hours too,After that i wrote them a email and asked them about there company's business performance during last three or couple of years,i also asked them four certified tax return copy of the firm,Balance sheet,list of there clients etc. but unfortunately they have not provided me any such information to satisfy my quarries.
(1) I would like to know that such company's are eligible for conduction such business with the General public ?
(2) How Can protect our interest ?
(3) Is there any Law to stop such company's to stop such type of Business with the innocent public?
(4) Is such company's authorized by the RBI to do Business like that?
(5) Is this is cheating or some thing else?
(6) who will take the action against them?

private limited companies are not required by law to disclose their balance sheets, tax returns and or orders to the public. if you want to check the authencity of the company check with the registrar of companies.

I do not agree as i have invested in the company and i am getting worth of it also it is interest free and if I invest in bank it is haraam as saving banks gives interest please note if you are authentic please give your registration number with heera gold and than put on net don't blame some one who is making and effort to work according to sunnah if you believe in scriptures and holy quran you should appreciate the effort by such company instead of blaming.

Heera Gold not disclosing it's past performance, balance sheet, loss and profit account to is investors, neither they publishing company's quarterly, half yearly performance they are just making false promises without any solid ground, innocent investors caught in to there trap easily, many agent out there to get innocent investor in to there trap and such agent also getting good commission from the heera gold promoters, On heera gold web site they are claiming that company's running school at Hydrabad, It is total false there is no such school... another false claim...sharma.

You can get register of a company with the company registrar easily, By getting register with registrar it does not guarantee that so such company's is not a cheat or trying to duping it's investor, if a private ltd. company does not require to disclose it authenticity to the general public or investor (by not not disclosing it's balance sheet and past performance record) than why Heera Gold taking investment from the general public, If a company are collecting money from the public the company has to disclose it's business performance to the general public.

On the basis of above following queries / issues arises.

1. Company has not filed its financials with registrar for the year 2010-11 and 2011-12, so one cant make how much business company has done business in past 2 years
2. Company's Capital is just Rs. 5, 00, 000/- (5 Lac). If company is taking funds as share capital from investors then company should increase capital to that extent.
3. If company is taking funds as investment from public as a equity capital then any amount paid to the investors should be after dividend tax. Company should abide laws relating to dividend, like transfer of profits to reserves, etc.
4. If company is taking funds not as equity capital then this particular company is not allowed take funds from public, as this is violation of acceptance of deposit rules as per RBI.
5. If company is taking funds part as equity and part as borrowed funds then it can do so. But in accounts company has to show regular monthly payments towards interest and balance should be considered as dividend which can be settled after the year end. This arrangement is allowed as company can borrow funds from its shareholders.

I hope company is doing better tax and legal planning to avoid legal battles and also to be sharia compliant.

As Heera gold company is pvt ltd as per there declaration where is the rest of directors Name and addresses and contact numbers, only one director cant form pvt ltd firm, Heera gold director Nhuhara has talk about Haram and Halal investments all o[censored]s knows investing in shares and bank FD's is Haram and said company doing this by inviting investment in the name of halal investment.She also encouraging business of those things like(TV, Home Theater, Music system) by setting up separate cell who only look after business of supplying TV, Home Theater to it's customer, we all of knew that music, tv and film and forbidden in islam and the such things she is pushing in our life, she is fooling us all and her wel set network of agents to whom she gives handsome commission to bring/lure new innocent people to invest in heera gold, All agent who work for heera gold know about this company but they are mum because they are interested in money and they are getting money by getting innocent investors in heera gold fold.

Many of my friends and relatives came out of debts and hera gold was lifesaver.

I attended their AGM meeting it was fully packed unlike other companies like reliance, TATA where investors cant have such a personal rapport with the company and hardly any investor goes to their AGM. More ever these companies (LIKE reliance)are helping haram businesses to run.
We have been investing for past 40 years and have through experiencing with all types of companies, frauds etc and this is indeed pure gold Inshallah.

I have been following this thread for sometime and have seen the comments from Mr. Khan and others. I too have attended the AGM of the company and it seems Mrs Nowhera is a very pious and god fearing lady and I dont think that she will ever the betray her investors. But one thing I have to say that normally in AGM, the financial transactions and profit/loss made by the company during the preceding financial year is discussed but here no discussion was made about the company financial transactions and profit/loss statements. The AGM seemed more like Islamic lecture session rather than an AGM. The company just declares the Profit amount on monthly/yearly basis without actually sharing how that figure was arrived at. It would be more appropiate if actual financial statements and annual report is shared with investors.

I too have invested a substantial amount in the group and Alhamdolillah, the returns are very good and Halaal as well.
The company representatives makes it very clear to the investor; you get profit if the company makes profit, if there is a loss, your investment is gone. This is completely Islamic. There is no definite assurance from the company that you will get a fixed amount. If they make this commitment, then it will become haraam. I have absolutely no greviance against the group and if I loose my investment, I consider it as a loss based on the risk taken by me. At least, my money is not invested in haraam activities.
Also, I see recently that the ED is after the group, probably because of the pressure from the politicians (including BJP, MIM and others...). These politicians want money from the corporates, which I am sure Heera Group must have refused. Therefore, it seems these politicians have aligned together trying to extract money. However, Allah supports everybody who fears him. Surely, these politicians will get back their share from Allah.

One of them seems to be showing wrong picture of HG contrary otherwise, others are quite comfortable and happy with them as they are getting their return on monthly and very regular basis AND I AM ONE OF THEM by the Grace of Allah.

I have attended their AGM in 2014 and know the CEO personally from more than last 17 years. I agree with the brother who wrote about CEO of HG, Dr. Aapa Nohera Sheikh that the lady is Pious and Allah fearing! However, would like to add that, I have asked CEO of HG some questions and shared with my WhatsApp members and would like to share here as well…she was very confident on responding such baseless allegations and said, "I Challenged" if anyone proves any kind of breach of HG commitment with any stakeholders, he/she should come forward and meet me in my office - I will return his investment with his share and with bundle of thanks. But, so far no one seems to trun up!

Just for information - HG is an organization, approved and registered body and certified by RBI and I know lot of people those who has faith in Allah and became business partners with them as per the company policy and procedures and they are getting their return on very regular basis.
Consumer Complaints Forum could be filled by anyone with wrong information with a view to spoil the company image as HG is trying to become leader in halal business in our part of the world which is very rare to see and find. There are lot of people who doesn’t want Islamic Halal Investment program to introduce in our part of the world and some political figures with their hidden agenda were recently unveiled!
Anyways, I am one of the Well-wishers of the group and pray Allah to protect this Group for Muslim ummah and let this group serve ummah as the CEO of the group wants. In one of her talks she said, "We can run our business without any outside investors, but we feel its an opportunity for us to open our doors for Muslims so they earn halal income and we serve them for the sake of Allah”. So, just join the group and come up with any solid proof that the group failed to full fill their commitments otherwise do not waist your time and moreover is sin as well to say anything without proof.

And REMEMBER what Imam Thirmizee and others reported that the Prophet delivered a sermon one day and said, "O you people! Giving false testimony is equal to ascribing partners to Allaah."

Today i hv tried to book online foodbazar from heera group. But i m shocked that the site is not working at all. I have called up at hyderabad head offc but the person has no clue of it. He just replied that "pls call tomorrw morning aftr 11am".

As long as there is no strong evidence of business procedures and ethics visible in the financial transactions, I don't believe in this company. In Islam, 'interest business' is strictly prohibited. On the other hand the rest of the communities multiplying their by various means. I understand one thing only if some one tell you about Halal Income, that person is muslim i.e. "in Islam your brother and sister " and inform about Halal and Haram things, Its good na.
Suppose the company is fraud and you invested in Heera gold i.e means when you invested you think about Halal and Haram income as per consideration of Islam and Allah saw your NIYAT and Hajra will recieved by you in Akhira... I have invested in HG from last 2 yrs and was also getting profits every month but from the present month I have not received anything ? When I tried calling to branch, they are just neglecting me.. later I called up head office in AP and also customer care, but they are not even talking properly and not given any answer dat satisfied me. The person name sohail in customer care don't hve manner to speak with customers. I m shock by facing these types of negligence. HG is a brand and its has a name all around the world, then why is dis company doing delay in depositing the amount in our bank account. I m depressed about dis kind of attitude of the company nd company staff. This is the month of holy ramadaan nd in dis month, I m facing such kind of problems. My trust towards the company is now shaken. I m pleading to Allah swt to get my benefits on time, otherwise I have to think about the withdrawal of my capital amount.
My heart l'y request to Heera Group og Company ... please keep on making the trust of yours investors nd members as they have put the trust in you nd invested their hard earned money in your company. But the investors of heera gold always get their fixed debentures every month with respect to their investment.
