hv purchased the Hero ROZER bycile in April-2011 from Vaishali Sec-4..But the front tyre/tube is defective getting the air leack every 2nd day have approched to the seller but not taking any interset and the bycle is getting rust at many places.

Hero Cycle — cycle not working properly
we bought Hero cycle model no. S.racer from M/s BALI & SONS CYCLE WORKS ON DATED 10.4.11. From the first date the cycle is not working properly and several times we had go to the dealer M/s Bali & Sons but their approach was casual and they are least interested in listening the problem. Till date we had gone 6 time for same problem of the cycle but the problem remain there and everytime they just tight the TWO nut and say it is Ok .So we request to intervene into this matter sort out our problem and do some for such dealer who repersent the company but didnot bother about the complaint which pass on the different message to the customer.
