Hero Cycle Complaints & Reviews

I have bought new hero cycle. But from very first day it's bottom part is defective. Shopkeeper has changed it 3 times but it's not working.

I have raised complain with hero cycle with since 17-nov-21. But not received any reply from them.

Please help to resolve it.

Yesterday (02.04.2017) i have bought a cycle for my child from your dealer in a s char street, city market, bangalore.

After reaching home we found that the cycle was not assembled properly & one of the pedal had a issue. When we called up the response was not satisfactory and from other side the reply was you get the cycle and we will rectify it. Fine some how we had taken the same to the shop, and then he informed that it...

I purchased a new hero count 1.0 26t bicycle last month from a kolkata outlet. Please find attached the invoice with the phone number and contact details. Also attached is the picture of the defect.

On examining the alignment properly i noticed a distortion in the front head of the suspension.

I spoke to the retailer, and he denied saying that part wont be replaced.

Its a new cycle with a manufacturing defect. Please change the defective part with a new one.

I am extremely disappointed with this approach.

Kindly ensure immediate solution to the problem.

I had spoken to lavi in the customer care department, and she instructed me to write a mail, and yet no action has been taken. Complaint id is 8197.

hv purchased the Hero ROZER bycile in April-2011 from Vaishali Sec-4..But the front tyre/tube is defective getting the air leack every 2nd day have approched to the seller but not taking any interset and the bycle is getting rust at many places.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Hero cycle for my sister in[protected] from M/S Guru Nanak Cycle Store near old hospital Mainpuri (U.P.) that's frame broken in[protected]. I complaint to that cycle store immediately, he was assuring me from that day he will replace the cycle within 30-45 days but till now he is not replacing my sister's cycle. 2nd of January he refuses the replace that cycle. So please do the needful to same. I hope you will resolve that problem as soon as possible.



I think Hero Cycle is a very reputed company and you can resolve the problem. When frame was broken that time my sister injured too much. Now we are facing a big problem without cycle. She goes school and coaching without cycle or by rickshaw. We are facing financial problem and time problem regarding this problem. According to sales invoice if Cycle Frame will be damage company will be replace that with freight charges.



So please help us, other wise we will take legal action against that dealer & company both.
