[Resolved]  HERO HONDA BIKE (GLAMOUR) — NON ISSUE OF REGISTRATION BOOK AND INSURANCE POLICY

I have purchased Hero honda glamour bike from SAI AUTO situated at PALGHAR, dist-thane, maharashtra on 20/06/2007. I have issued demand draft no.3114 dated 20th june 2007 of RS.55000/- & recieved stamped receipt no.494 dated 20th june 2007 of SAI AUTO (PALGHAR).They delivered me HERO HONDA GLAMOUR BIKE having CHASSIS NO.07EAYC00161, ENGINE NO.07EASM02323, KEY NO.2217.

Since last 15 months i have been repeatedly reminding SAI AUTO to issue me registration book and insurance policy of my vehicle but i regrate to say that i have not been received above mention papers from SAI AUTO till today.

I m working in a BANK OF INDIA ( SATPATI BRANCH) and i have purchased above vehicle by availing loan from my bank and bank asking me to submit RC book and insurance policy since last 15 months and i m anable to submit above papers to bank as i have not received above papers from SAI AUTO.

I have paid fine about Rs.3000/- with RTO because of non having of above papers with my vehicles in last 15 months.

Now i have to inform you that, inspite of my repeated reminders SAI AUTO has been failed to issue me RC BOOK and insurance policy it is cleared that SAI AUTO had cheated me and i have no hope to receive above papers in future also.

I request you to look into the matter and try to get me above papers at earliest.

In view of the above our BANK OF INDIA has been stopped giving loans to costumers of SAI AUTO (PALGHAR)
and black listed SAI AUTO by which image of HERO HONDA COMPANY is also affected it is please noted.
