[Resolved]  Hero Honda Cd Deluxe — Poor Service

RESPECTED SIR,
I HAVE BOUGHT HERO HONDA CD DELUXE FROM MOSARAM SHOWROOM FROM LAKHIMPUR-KHERI ON DT[protected]. I HAVE COMPLETED FIVE SERVICES. BEFORE SOME DAYS I HAVE SERVISE WITH YOUR SERVICE CENTER BRIGHT MOTORS FROM LUCKNOW, SITAPUR ROAD, I HAVE FOUR COMPLAINED FOR MY VEHICLE, 1-FOR BATTERY2- FOR AVERAGE, 3-MOBILE OIL, 4- PICKUP, ON DATE.[protected]. AFTER SERVICING ALLL OF PROBLEM WHICH I COMPLAINED HAVE IN MY VECHICLE.AFTER TWO DAYS I AGAIN WENT YOUR SERVICE STATION, THEN THEY PICKED MY BATTERY, CHECK MY BIKE AGAIN, YOUR SERVICE MANAGER SAYS TO GIVE ONE DAY FOR BATTERY CHECKING, AFTER THIS I WENT NEXT DAY EVENING ON YOUR SHOW ROOM THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR BATTERY IS FAULTY, THIS ONE WILBE CHANGE FROM EXIDE SHOW ROOM. I AM ALSO IN SERVICE INDUSTRY BUT THAT TYPE OF SERVICE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED TILL NOW. BUT MY ALL PROBLEMS ARE STILL, IWANT TO REPLACE MENT OF ENGINE.
KINDLY TAKE PRPPER ACTION, ABOUT MY COMPLAINET OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO COURT FOR BAD SERVICE AGAINST HERO HONDA . THIS SHAME TO ALL ENTIRE TEAM.

CD Deluxe — Bad Service

I have purchased one Hero Honda CD Deluxe vide Bill No. 2963 Dated 07.11.07 from M/s Kalsi Motors, Ludhiana.
I have made the regular checkup of my bike from him but in September-08 there is a problem in fuel meter and Horn and I bring this into the notice of Kalsi Motors. In September month service they assured me that they will check the fault and correct it. During service they told us that their engineer is not present that day so I shall came for another day that I do. Engineer (Name not Known) checked and corrected it. But after some day it continues again. I again approach to Kalsi Motors and again they call me some another day. I come again & again but only assurance I have been given by Kalsi Motors.
Now these days they says that warranty period is over and they are unable to replace any parts without cost.

I request your good selves to look into the matter and repair or replace any defected part which I have been requested from September 2008.

CD Deluxe — ABOUT BAD TYRES

Dear Sir
I Sri Ram Prasad Dora, Karanam Street, Jeypore, Dist- Koraput(Orissa) beg to state that I sold my Hero Honda SS on the year 2002. And I purchased the CD Deluxe on 2nd Feb.2009.
Now my complain is that the tyres of the Motorcycle is not in good quality. Because after 1500 K.m the tyres condition is too bad on the plain road. Due to bad tyres I suffered tow time with my family. In this situation I have decided to change the both tyres of the Motor Cycle.
My suggestion is that you take some excess payment for the Motorcycle, but don’t give low quality of tyress. Because unnecessarily your costumer will suffer in the road and after some time your good reputation may be decreased. At last I hope my complain may consider and take good step about it.

I PURCHES NEW BIKE HERO HOND CD DULEX I HAVE PROBLEM WIYH IT WHEELS .I WAS PURCHES MY BIKE FROM NIMAR MOTERS KHARGONE M.P..I GIVE COMPLAIN IN SHOROOM BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKE ANY ACTION ON THIS PROBLEM .I WILL LOSE MY LIFE THIS PROBLEM

i had got cd deluxe self start 2009 model from (kalsi motors, dholewal chownk,ludhiana) i am not satisfied with service and my bike's performance .i had another problem with chain set.
