[Resolved] Hero Honda / Glamour — Average and 2nd gear problem. | |
Respected sir, I bought my hero Honda glamour on 7th of AUG. 2008 from Globel automobile Delhi -Ghar road near Telco, HAPUR (Ghaziabad). Till then I faced so many problems with bike. I complained it so many times about my avrage and 2nd Gear but result is 0. Sir I used it very carefully and derive it about 4400 kms only, but when i complained them it was only 3500kms.and i have done three service from Globe automobile. But it contains problem in its 2nd gera and it's Avrage.Sir hero Honda is a well known name in automobiles that's why I purchased this bike . Sir I belong to a medium class family where 51, 000 Rs have a great value. Sir I disturbed mentally, physically as well as economically by this product .That's why I am requesting you to take action and advised me How can i repair my bike. And sir if Hero Honda provide this kind of product and service to the customer then i thinks that future is very short. Complane detail's are below:- 1.) Bike Avrage local (30-32 KM/Lt) Hiway (34-36 KM/Lt.). avrage was set for two time with Globel agency macanic but it is still not working properly. 2.) 2nd Gear (when i make 2nd gear while driving it's stuck again and again). Bike Detail's:- 1.) Vehicle class :- Moter cycle GLAMOUR. 2.) Chassis Number :- MBLJA06EG8GH03071. 3.) Engine number :- JA06EB8GH02706. 4.) Registration Date :- 7-AUG-2008. 5.) Colour :- BLACK. Check your book let of glamour. Write ur complaint to President (Sales & Service). They are supposed to change the vechile,

Hero honda / Glamour — Noc letter
Sir/MadamMy two Wheeler loan a/c no 91217506 i have completed my two Wheeler loan on 10 Jan 2010 & u have sent me noc but agent want no objection latter from u for cancelling hypothecation from my RC book so please sent latter at my address as soon as possible my address is same which i have provided for the loan
