[Resolved] Hero Honda Goodlife — Non issue of Goodlife passport | |||
Sir, My name is B Kiran Kumar from Warangal. I have paid Rs.250/- vide Receipt No. 2 dt:[protected] and my Vehicle chassis no is 05E27F14766. Till today I have not received the Goodlife Passport and also no gift items have been given to me since 1 year even after I have secured points. I went to the SRI SRI SRI Automobiles, Warangal but they have not given response to my problem. It is requested to look in to the matter and do the needful please. Thanking you sir, - B. I had purchased a herohonda Seplender+ Bike in feb-2012. Bike was also bubling. i also consult with machanic at ur showroom in sughamani automobiles indore, madayapradesh then he nothing told to me. showroom manager was Rs:110 bill issued at a time, my bike also in first service. i m So Harashment with the Hero Honda Seplender+ Bike. pls help me.

I myself mayank kumar s/o bal govind ram have purcased a new passion pro bike( black kick start) in the favour of mr. bal govind ram from rahul auto agency v.i.p road obra, dist- sonebhadra(u.p) pin-231219.i have purchased the bike on 15- july 2011, CHASIS/VIN no- MBLHA10EUB9F03406, DEALER CODE-10878. I have applied for the goodlife membership on the same date of purchase the bike..they told that the card will be issued in 1 month but until now i didnt recieved any card as well as its benefit.when i enquired at the agency they give silly replies and has fooled me from past 3 year.
without the lack of best of my knowledge by mistakely i again applied for the new membership on 08-aug-2012 because 1st one was done by my father and i have been fooled again by the agency. As my father have never examines for that.when i (mayank kumar, work at fast news india) came to know that about this i have taken strict action towards the agency...when i audited that why i am not getting the goodlife card from the head office gurgaon the replied that there has been no membership request regarding this chasis no. ..MBLHA10EUB9F03406 and the reciept provided by the agency is not geniune it was a fake one.so i want that strict action should be taken against the agency owner.
