[Resolved] Hero Honda Motorcycle — about poor servicing | |
i hv purchased my bike on 5 feb 2007. during services there was no satisfactory work from there side. some time they fill only engine oil, no cleaning, no checking the problems, no washing, .He has rude behavior. In my area due to his behaviour and his after sales services people starts buy another company products. like bajaj, TVS etc. He is cheating with him with customers and the company. please take an action against him. this is a totally faque report. the service at himalaya automobiles is one of the best services. u might have some personnal problems with them.

My complaints against Servicing department of Sunil auto Sales Lucknow. My Bike reg. No. is UP32 BZ 2813. the engine of this bike ( Hero honda Super Splender ) has much noise. this may be through crank, but they always told me that after this servicing and oil change this sound disappear. now this time when i say strictly then Mr. Ravi who told me that he is manager of servicing deptt. of SAS and the noice of your bike will remove after engine repairing. at that time my bike meter shows near about 13, 000/- KM. I was purchase this bike on 13.12.2006 . So this engine may be repaired on free of cost because the engine has three years warranty.Mr. Ravi said rudely agar bike banwani ho to bike ke saath 2000/- jama karo niyam kanoon na batao yeh estimat hai aage bhad bhi sakta hai. When we asked for area manager mobile no. they didnot respond me and said service man kisko -2 bhej dete ho.
Now I am thinking that after depositng this amount the bike will be on this condition. sir please help me and repair this bike on another service station with free of cost because I want to avail your three years engine warranty of this bike, otherwise I will take strict decision against Hero Honda Company and Sunil Auto Sales Lucknow.
