Dear Sirs, I have a bike ( Hero Honda Pleasure ) .But few days ago my bike has been accident.So I send my bike near SARATHI AUTOMOBILES,CONTAI,DIST-PURBA MEDINIPUR,for repairing purpose.But your dealer says, this bike will be completed repairing minimum 1 month to 1.5 month.I request you please repairing this bike as early as possiable.Because this is very essential for me.Please take the matter seriously. Your Co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated. Dear Sir,
This has reference to my above mentioned vehicle which I have purchased on dated[protected] from your dealer M/S Tajshree Honda at Nagpur. Although the vehicle is being purchased from Tajshree Honda, but all free services (1st to 4th) & 5th Paid Service are being done at service station of your another dealer at Nagpur i.e. M/s. Mascot Motors since the same falls on the way to my workplace and the same is convenient to me to arrive at.
Please note that from the time when the 2nd free service of my vehicle was due, I am continuously complaining that there is a noise in rear wheel. This happens most apparently wheel the vehicle is running with speed of 30-45 km/hr. or if two people are riding on the vehicle. Unpleasantly I am inclined to inform you that till to date no accurate action has been taken on the concerned area after so many services done. Till date I could not get the satisfactory result. Moreover, no appreciative concern has been shown towards the repeated complains so far.
I am awfully surprised that the dealers of such a reputed professional/ service oriented company like Honda Motors who is always seeking the customer satisfaction is showing such an unprofessional behavior and not attending the trouble in right manner.
You are therefore requested to please look into the matter and ask your dealer to attend the complaint and try to resolve the same.
