[Resolved]  Hewlett Packard (Pavilion Laptop Pc) — Poor service and incorrect information

Sub:- Regarding HP pavilion 2214 Laptop Mishandling & Parts missing by Okhla phase 3 HP service center near modi mills New Delhi.([protected], 91-[protected]-117)
Sir ,
My self-Faisal karim bakhshi Employee Hindustan unilever Ltd. Based at Gorakhpur.
I have purchased HP PAVILION DV 2214 LAPTOP on 25-may-2007.(MODEL NO.DV 2000/122893PA),(serial no. 2CE7091BM6) under guarantee

> Auto shut down problem started hence I went to authorize Hp service center Okhla phase 3 near modi mills in New Delhi. Dated 20/09/2007
>Got call reference no. [protected] & handed my laptop to service center after failing 3 to 4 times of delivery & I use to go from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh every time but I couldnot get my laptop.Finally I got call from Hp service center after 18 to 20 days after that I send my brother to collect laptop .
He (Aftab ahmad khan) reached at service center on[protected]at around 4:00pm & he demanded for laptop. But he was asked to Waite & he waited for around one hour.

Hp Service center Replied:- Your laptop has been couriered to your local Delhi address.

Aftab my brother :- I have got a call from customer care to collect laptop from here & I have already told you not to courier I will collect directly.( They went to search again my laptop) & by 5:30 pm they(Hp s.c) handed him Laptop. Aftab asked for Demo thrice but they refused very politely initially
Hp Service center Replied:-Every thing is ok (sab thik hai le jaieye) & now service time is over & its 5:30pm & there is no demo engineer, said very annoyingly. We will not give Demo.
Aftab collect the packed laptop & return to Gorakhpur.

When I opened the packaging of Laptop found cosmetic panel melted in the right side.
We informed to Miss Bhavana floor in charge on telephone.( On check list/Report Engineer name is Mr. Alam) I was busy & I could not get time so, Aftab went twice but he was not entertained by HP ,on third time on 02/11/2007
service center check the laptop(token no L5) after some hot talks & said that your laptop is tampered from the top & they refused to entertain the complaint & just write down on the information form that due to tampered we will not received.
After that I Personally went to Delhi on 26/11/07 (call reference no. J9KS261106)& talked to Floor in charge Ms.Bhavana & Mr. Maunty demo engineer admitted verbally that this mistake is from my side but you don’t have any proof so we will not consider your request. I said that you have refused to give demo on 11/10/2007 (above mentioned the incident). After repeated request we were told that you are frustrated man & we have been scolded & they misbehaved with us.
Beside this there was problem in closing the flap due to misaligned cable we asked to at least you correct this, after repeated request & some hot talks they agreed to receive the laptop.
>They Send me to the demo engineer Mr.Kailash (Demo Engineer) he started checking in front of me while opening he broke the lock of the backside cover in front of me & he mentioned on receiving information form & in continuation he mentioned one more thing that PCMCIA DUMMY MISSING. I broke down & said what is going on it is your fault you have opened this in front of me & your paper seal was there why are you harassing me, mentioning this on information form he said don’t sought & he started shouting & threatened you will be pushed out by security person you cant do anything go away.
Ms Bhavana & Maunty came there & said we will see it, we requested that why you have mentioned Backside of Flap screw broken I don’t know anything about this. Then Mr. Maunty & Bhavana Discussed & agreed that it was there fault. Then Mr. Maunty cut with pen on the information form & signed.( I submitted my Laptop & return back to Gorakhpur they said you will be informed in next 3 days. I said ok)
>Issue dose not end here on 27/11/2007 I got a call from Ms.Bhavana in afternoon that there Lan card is missing in your Laptop I replied to Bhavana its from your side because how can I know inside of the Laptop & how can it happen because in the back your HP paper sealed was stick on that & your engineer has opened. Beside this I haven’t gone to any service center. So it’s your fault. Ms.Bhavana Replied I will talk to my engineer & will reply.
She didn’t replied then I called more than 15 times to Okhla Hp service center, I Tried to talk Manager Sonal, Prakash, Meena Titu but I was put on hold more than 15 minutes in several time calling. Finally Ms. Sonal got on line & she asked me to mail.
I am mentally & physically harassed by HP service center Okhla phase 3 near modi mills flyover from last two months.
I went to Delhi More than 5 times from Gorakhpur, I have called STD calls more than one hour, in totality I have expend more than 10000/ in this process.

I could not get justice, where is Customer delight? Of HP. I am a Hindustan Unilever Employee we all talk about Customer delight what about HP it’s an big question Mark on your services. Do some thing & respond back in 24 Hour. Because I will not leave, I will go to any extent for justice either consumer court.(I have kept all written document as a proof)
I need a New Laptop it’s my firm decision.

I m also suffering from same poor service of HP customer care.I purchased my Hp Pavilion Laptop 1 year back.DEr i was told tht der is a sceme going on in tht laptop.Thts a tv tuner.For tht we have to send 800 rs draft to customer care office addrass n they were supposed to send through courrier within 60 days, but 8 months gone i didnt recive any single responce from them.In between i was called them thrice and inquired about tht.but dey replied it might be the cause of insufficient stocks.and dey promised me tht dey will send it within a week.and its 3 month passed.but still i am waiting..Also i faced lots of problem in HP Customer care office.They r bad tongue persons, Lack in communications and also lack in quick responce and service..Dey just harass people.If i would get chance den i will definitely send them to jail atleast for one year.They are most irresponsible persons.M purchased tht laptop in DEradun(Uttarakhand.)

I am customer of your company.I have lot of problem with your servise center(gorakhpur) because they will never provide correct information about status (computer)and neither provide good servise.

I had submitted laptop model c795tu model no.-CND8272HMD due to dvdwriter & heating problem
at 4th aug 2009.they solve only my dvdwriter problem till 13th aug 2009.heating problem did not
solve.And also created lot of problem created like-1. starting problem
2. net problem
3. Booting problem from a CD/DVD
i am fedup with going to your service ceter.
please resolve my problem as soos as posible otherwise I will have to go consumer court.
