I have been reqesting the company through the customare care for a replacement of battery kit and have not been delivered one as of date.
The serveices are the worst i have experienced through out my life of 39 years on this earth.
The customer care phone numbers are always busy.
If by luck you get through the number yu will have to tell the boy or the girl the whole episode.
They would ask for your customer id or mobile no. then make us wait for 3-5 minutes then a appology from their end followed by the same episode (we have said to them) repeated by them to us.
Will again ask us for 3 working days for action to be taken... but i gaurantee no action will be taken!!! we will have to break our head and repeat all of the above again...
This has been happening to me fro the past almost 01 month... no results as of date.
will somebody look into this plaese.
