I have taken a water purifier from Hindustan Lever limited with customer ID [protected], during the usage my battery got weak and I have called the customer care center requested for a change of battery on 8th Feb 2010. During the process of my interaction with the call center I have given my updated changed telephone number and address also.
They have promised to send some one on 10th Feb 2010 to replace the battery and the charges would be Rs 510. No one turned up on the given day and subsequently my follows up are not successful.
I dont understand a status of HLL doing this kind of bad service.
