[Resolved] Hindustan Lever Pureit — Ignoring customer grievances | |
We had logged a complaint regarding a green algae like formation in the base compartment of the Pure It. The customer care has shown pure negligance in addressing the same and have merely dumped us with false assurances of addressing the same within two working days. We have ordered for new Battery Kit and Filter 10 days before and logged a complaint also regarding the same. The customer care has shown pure negligance in addressing the same and assurances of addressing the same within three working days.

I would like to share few things with you, which I felt and wanted to let you know. At least there should be customer care in every organization, that is why every organizations have a customercare Department, which takes care of consumer's concerns, as you kno that I have logged complaint regarding pureit dated 02-Feb-10 evening & Part order No. is S10/DLI[protected], your customer care representative told me your complaint will be attended in 48 hrs. but there is still no response.
At (04-Feb-10) I have relogged complaint with the complaint no as C[protected]. again, your customer care representative told me your complaints hasbeen attend in 48 hrs. but there is still no response and I got a message TM-Pure IT your complaints hasbeen attended pls give your feedback.
At (05-Feb-10) I have relogged complaints the complaints No. is C[protected] your customer care representative told me your complaints hasbeen attend in 48 hrs. but there is still no response.
At (06-Feb-10) I have relogged complaints the complaints No. is C[protected] but there is still no response.
Sir, did you or he try to understand our problems now its getting serious, complaints never attend at right time. Is this right for any consumer when it happens for sometimes then its ok, but when it happens in every time it really pains a lot. The tradition of delaying complaints have been common now, Please think and do me a favor .

Seriously i could not understand what this people are upto,
they are making big promise in global market but product is not upto that level.
In my case the water is not getting pass from one level to another level.i have lodge the complain to customer care according to them there must be blockage as the result water is not getting pass from one chamber to another. Some blockage has been removed by there perosn but after 15 days some problem has stared again.
Guys according to me PURE IT water purefier is failure in there commitment

We are going through the same pain with PureIt. Our pureit is not working from past two months. On logging the complain initially, they sent a marketing executive who could do nothing. He assured that a technical person would visit. After that date, I have logged 5 complains but no one is responding to it.
Moreover, there is no escalation procedure with pureit customer service. The representative is not ready to hook us up with their managers.
It sucks.
