[Resolved] Hindustan Lever Pureit — Battery not working | |
We purchased Hindustan Pureit in June 09 and it was working ok for the initial months. Later as the indicator was showing red to replace battery, it was changed with a cost of Rs.500 with a promise of 2000 ltrs hassle free working in the month of Sept 09 and now the process is dead slow but the indicator is still in full white colour and doesnt indicate to replace even a bit. Why is this happening? we have cleaned all the chambers but in vain. Was this information helpful? | |

Please send aperson to my office bco`z our battery was not working. Please i need to change the battery.
I purchased Hindustan Pureit in august 07 and it was working ok for the two years.
Later as the indicator was showing red to replace battery, it was changed with a cost of Rs.365 in the month of Sept 09 and now there is leakage in battery.By inquiring in Pureit office on 01.04.2010 I knew that the battery was auto-switched.now the cost of new set of battery is Rs.510.I requested him to give me Rs.365 worth set.But according to officeman Rs.365 worth set is over.
Why is this happening?

I have requested battery replace of Rs.510/- on 25.06.10 on your customer care no. [protected] but its not replaced and again and again I am requesting. Due to your poor service I have faced a lot of problem. comparatively Aqua Sure provides better service. I checked customer care mail and a lot of problem regarding the battery. Why?
Hindustan Lever ia huge organisation but service is very poor.
Pls. Provide me battery kit

I bought a water purifier model no. - RPMO[protected] on dt. 27/4/10 from Electra distributer pvt.ltd
B-29 Near Rama place, Faridabad. I was told that a battery purifies at least 1500 litres water. But I am sorry to say
that my first battery lasted for 42 days only without purifying stipulated litres of water.
I had to purchase the second battery on 14/6/10 for Rs. 365/-. It lasted for only 15 days.
I complain at customer care (Complain no. - C[protected]. DT. 2/7/10,
C[protected] dt 7/7/10, C[protected] dt. 14/7/10). I talked to Mr. Parveen on Phone No. - [protected],
Mr. shailesh - [protected], Mr. Rajkumar - [protected], Mr. Nitesh - [protected].
It is definitely a black spot on your reputation. I want you to take back the whole purifier and replace with a new one.
Hope you will take necessary step at the earliest to avoid any embarrassing situation.

hindusthan levers pure it — battery not working
sirmy pure it water purifier is not giving purified water as the battery is not functioning. the colour in th battery didnot change after using for more than a year. then only I got a doubt and i stopped using it. please arrange to send a person to service the kit.
