[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Pureit — Requested to change the Battery

WE HAVE PURCHASED ONE PURE IT FILTER OF HLL FROM THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AT 277 / 1 MAHARAJA NANDKUMAR ROAD, ALAMBAZAR, KOLKATA 700035 SRL NO: RPM [protected].
WE HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKING YOUR SERVICE CENTERS AT KOLKATA TO CHANGE THE BATTERY OF OUR FILTER WHICH IS EXHAUSTED. BUT EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING UP REPEATEDLY FOR LAST 2 MONTHS NOBODY BOTHER TO CHANGE THE SAME.IT IS SURPRISING THAT COMPANY LIKE HINDUSTAN LEVER IS HAVING SUCH A BAD SERVICE.WE WANT OUR BATTERY TO BE CHANGED IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE WE HAVE TO GO FOR SOME OTHER PROCEDURE.

I purchated one PUREIT-M05IWPS Maroon from Kolkata. My customer ID is [protected].

From last one I am making complain that bottom chember of the equipment broken and the for the said reason my filter is un-usable condition from the last one month.Pls note my complain nos

My ID no is :[protected].No response so far in spite of three reminders over telephone (Ph No: [protected]) first on: 27/04/09, then 01/05/09 and then on 04/05/2009.Can you explain why this happens?Is this your much publicized after sale service????
