WE HAVE PURCHASED ONE PURE IT FILTER OF HLL FROM THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AT 277 / 1 MAHARAJA NANDKUMAR ROAD, ALAMBAZAR, KOLKATA 700035 SRL NO: RPM [protected].
WE HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKING YOUR SERVICE CENTERS AT KOLKATA TO CHANGE THE BATTERY OF OUR FILTER WHICH IS EXHAUSTED. BUT EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING UP REPEATEDLY FOR LAST 2 MONTHS NOBODY BOTHER TO CHANGE THE SAME.IT IS SURPRISING THAT COMPANY LIKE HINDUSTAN LEVER IS HAVING SUCH A BAD SERVICE.WE WANT OUR BATTERY TO BE CHANGED IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE WE HAVE TO GO FOR SOME OTHER PROCEDURE.

From last one I am making complain that bottom chember of the equipment broken and the for the said reason my filter is un-usable condition from the last one month.Pls note my complain nos
