Dear Sir, Please be informed that i ordered Pureit batterykit last one month before and i made complaint by phone many times still nobody was not responding to change the battery kit. when i am making complaint through phone the representative says within 48 hours our technician will come and change the battery kit but still nobody was not responding to me my last battery kit order no: S11/CHN[protected].
