[Resolved] Hindustan Lever / Pureit — REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY | |||
I, Kuldeep Khetarpaul (0-[protected]) purchase the p water purifier "Pureit", after 6 month on 26th of May, 2012 the battery for the same was replaced by the Co. authorized dealer on chargeable basis for 1500 lits. of water for 2 1/2 to 3 months, but it became useless just after 24 days for which the complaint has been raised at[protected] , PUREIT . They assured to attend the complaint with in 48 Hrs. but still it is pending till now. After complaining for the same various time at the interval of 4-5 days & discussing the same with the senior level persons, they did not arrange to attend the complaint registration No. C[protected], to replace the same. Instead of attending the complaint, the SMS is being sent (each & every time) that "Sorry to inform you that the could,t trace your address", while my address in very simple and Live in the traceable colony i.e. 137/A; Sainik Colony, Sector- 49, Faridabad NIT, (HARYANA). Now you please arrange to attend the complaint, otherwise i will not forgive and go up to the higher authority till the complaint is not being attended.
