[Resolved] Hindustan Lever/pure It — replacement of battery | |||
I requested pure it help line to replace battery for my water purifier. They said it will be replaced within 72 hours. I lodged my request on 10.07.10. Till now (14.07.10) they have not replaced. My complaint number isC[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

HINDUSTAN LEVER/PURE IT — Fungus in Pure It Water Filter and not working thereafter
I purchased Pure It Water filter after glancing it at Trade Fair in Nov. 2008. I placed the order at the Stall itself. I was amused to get the deliver of Filter within two days at my home. Initially it worked very well. But later I noticed that there was fungus collected at the base where water collects after filtering process and from where it comes out from tap. I contacted the Pure it Complaint Centre at [protected] on 07.06.2009 and apprised them about the fungus. They assured me that their personnel will come and fix the problem. Therefore, i stopped using the Filter to show fungus to the company personnel. No one turned up from the company and therefore after waiting for about fifteen days I thought to clean the fungus so as to make use of it atleast. After using it for about fifteen days (after cleaing fungus myself) it stopped filtering the water. I again called up at the above number and one Mr. Sidharth attended my call. I apprised him about the problem and also informed him that no one turned up last time to fix the problem. After checking the records he confirmed that yes there was a complaint from my side. He further assured me that someone will attend to my filter within a day or two. Much to my dismay, till today no one has attended it.Is this the kind of service the company wants to provide to their customers.What is the use of providing attractitive TV ADS with raincoat when their filter does not send a drop of water even AND WHEN THEY ARE NOT KEEN TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM WITH THE FILTER . Is it for befooling customers with such attractive TV ADS.
