i am using hindustan pureit . the battery has been expired and i booked through phone for new batterybut there is no response.

I have booked a Battery kit on the 8th of March 2010 . Despite giving calls daily the customer care dept gives a deaf ear and a sorry note each time. Till today i.e 15th March the battery kit has not been replaced. Hindustan Lever being a multinational company should feel ashamed of the service being provided. we are really scared as the danger mark approaches for the Battery kit as no one responds.this letter is also being forwarded to other agencies so that everyone gets acquainted with HINDUSTAN LEVER attitude. The dealer is hardly 2 Km away from our place and doesnt have time to supply. Every day i am being told that within 2 working days it will be supplied. Days are passing but no signs of installation of new one. Can any higher official take a serious note of this and take action? Replacement of Battery kit

NOBODY ATTENTED BUT SOME BLODYFOOL IS SENDING MESSAGE AS THOUGH THEY ATTENDED,
WHY THESE PEOPLE KEEP ON ADVERTISING FOR NEW FILTER, WHETHER SEARCHING FOR NEW IDOITS
WHAT TO DO WITH THIS WASTE BASKET KIT PURCHASED FOR 2000 RS WITHOUT REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY?

i complaint replace the battery and mess last 6 days ago. but no service men was not come. everyday i call the service number, that person tells my service boy comes today, today... what is this. this is very bad service.this is rainy season you know? i am in kondapur, hyderabadthat service name s.v.enterprisesSWZ
