[Resolved]  hindustan pureit — Delayed for battery kit

Hi i received battery kit in last week of March after three -four days when remove the cover to clean the water inside the Top tray-pot i find one whole in new batter kit and black powder falled in pot. I tried your call centre no. 4 times but no one is responding.

Pls. send your person immediately and replace the batter kit

I would like to inform you that i order regarding my battery has finish and i order new battery kits since 3 days till i did not received and by mistake i received a called from purit for battery my son he pick the mobile phone then he said zia is not there actully my wife name is razia he has canfused.
sorry for that and please send me new battery kits r/s pf 510 with all filter and upper battery which is showing red mark.
