Hindustan Times — subscription coupons not recieved for the second year

i darshana waghela had paid an amt of 349/ for a 2 year subscription of hindustan times on date 06/06/08 by cheque. i have not recieved any coupons for the second year.i also made calls at ur customer care but to vain they do not respond they just cut the call without any answers.please answer my complaint or else i will need to go to the consumer court. I really agree with the complainant. Even I renewed from 03/10/2010 for 1 year vide chequ no 842920 of HDFC bank dtd 03/10/2010. but till today I have not received any coupons from them. Now that the Vendor Mr. Murali says he will stop the supply if coupons are not forth coming. Irresponsible people. Just giving all excuses. I even talked to Maitry on [protected] several times even today (28th Dec10) and also I talked to Mr. Gaurav on [protected]. All are irresponsible thick skinned personnels appointed by HT management.
No use talking to these people and I have decided to discontinue the subscription if my coupons are not forthcoming and I will take up the matter withe the consumer court.
