Please find below the details of my subscription for Mint done on 31-Aug-2011 by your executive Mr. Mangesh / Janak ([protected]). The annual subscription amount has been already debited on 08-Oct-2011 against cheque no. 332581 (Standard Chartered Bank) dated 31-Aug-2011.
