Hindustan Times News Paper — Coupons Not Delivered | |||
I am working in an IT firm where guys from this company came to promote their paper and gave special discount to associates of this company.As I satay in Thane, I repeatedly asked them will it be available at my hometown and they deliberately said yes. its been around two months and up-til now i haven't received any coupons from their side and no assurance whatsoever. Hindustan Times Newspaper — Coupons not delivered
I have subscribed for Hindustan Times "news at 195 offer 2007" for 2 years by paying Rs. 195 in advance by cash in 2007. For the first year I received the coupon after certain reminders but for the 2nd year I have been waiting for 2 months and the coupons are still to be received.Everytime I call the customer care, they require minimum 20 days to address the complaint. After the expiration of the period, when I follow up, again the issue is forwarded and conveyed that it will take few more days. This is a regular scene and when I tried for the 4th time, no one is answering the call.
I think there is no progress being made towards my problem. Pls help
