Hindustan Times Newspaper — Non-receipt of subscription coupons

I have paid the subscription of the newspaper by my cheque for Rs.249/- and though I was promised that I would receive the subscription coupons in the month of Feb. 2011, till date i.e. 14.03.2011 I have not received the subscription coupons. When contacted the Customer Service I was informed that my coupons have already been despatched and the person who received the coupons on my behalf gave the Mobile Number. When I contacted on the mobile number given by the receiving person there is a recording that this a wrong mobile number. It seems that someone has wrongly received coupons on my behalf and given the wrong number. In the first week of March 2011 I was promised that I would receive the coupons within a week's time after sorting out problem with the Courier Company but till date I have not received the coupons. In absence of the coupons the Vendor would not deliver me the paper. Hence I request the HINDUSTAN TIMES Newspaper to sort out the problem and send me the subscriptions coupons immediately.
