"HT" delegates the responsibility of delivering the newspapers to its subscribers through local dealers, who are first of all illiterate themselves & secondly give a damn about the subscribers. For these dealers, its an indirect loss - as we as subscribers have taken the subscription directly from HT & not from them. I had tried to contact the "western suburb" zonal manager a couple of times, he had given me a number of a person name "Ram" who handles the "mira-bhy" area for "HT" subscribers. The funniest thing was, I called this person & he asked me to speak with the dealer - against whom I wanted to escalate a complaint. I don't know how many "HT" responsible people are out there, but let me tell you, this way - you can't be the #1 daily... Dear Friends, there are too many people whom I know - who are facing this similar issue, but the Law of the country helps big Print Orgs to escape with these petty cash without having to get into any trouble.. nevertheless, I buy newspaper daily & hope you do the same...

I am facing the same problem.(Form no: 574740) My SBI cheque no. : 899156 is cleared and I haven't got coupons. It's over a month now. They don't pick up any of the numbers. Equally importantly, how much does this forum work??

I had subscribed to 2 years for HT and Mint. But after one year, I did not receive 2nd year's coupons despite talking to score of people at various levels right from newspaper delivery person to HT subscription manager. I will never read / subscribe to any publication or product from HT group.

same case with me, I paid subscription in Jan.2011, so far HT representatives are not able to send me monthly coupons- J.B.Patadia, 406 Shivam apartment, Behind Thakur mall, Dahisar east.

The complaints doesn't end at delivery of coupons, I made a complaint about vendor who gives me news paper only at 9.15 a.m. or later but HT probably interested only in subscription and not bother about delivery of paper. They should take vendor to task and cancelled his vendorship, if paper is not deliver in time. as people start for work at[protected], so paper should reach at least by 7.30 a.m.

Dear HT,
I resident of Navi Mumbai, i had subcribed to 2yrs for HT papers. For 1st year i have received the coupons. But for the 2nd yrs I have not yet received. Cheque no. 02878 dtd 15.07.2011 of Rs. 149/- drawn on HDFC Bank was cleared immediately after a week. Kindly check the same and send us the coupon at the earliest.
Your Customer Care is of no use. There is no response as it is kept on machine mode.
