[Resolved]  Hindustan Times — Not recd the coupons even after subscription

I've renewed my subscription with Hindustan times for 2 yrs by paying Rs 195 via cheque which has been cleared on[protected] but since then the coupons for the newspaper havent been delivered. I had been getting the HT till May 08 but after that it stopped. When enquired with my newspaper vendor, he said that the coupons are not given to him from Hindustan times and he was giving the newspaper to us for last 8 months without any coupon on friendly ground (as we are one of the his oldest customer). Also, when contacted Hindustan times customer care[protected] /[protected], the call gets disconnect during IVR message. I even tried to send a mail to HT ([protected]@hindustantimes.com) but it was not delivered as the receipents mail box quota was exceeded. I think their is a need of strict action against such negligence.

Even i had subscribe for the two year subscription of HT Paper i got the one year coupen but the second year coupen yet to recieve. I tried to call the customer care number sometimes they responded but with a number of their executive Mr Nilesh whose number is [protected] which is ringing all the time but no response.
I am trying to get information about the status of my coupen ( my coupen number is 191196) whether it will be delivered or not but no response till date please help if anyone can change them.

I've renewed my subscription with Hindustan times for 1 yrs by paying Rs 199 via cheque which has been cleared and confirmed to me by your executive and gave me a fresh coupenno 4377827 saying whihc will be couriered, but till date there is no sign of coupons been delivered. Vendor has stopped providing the newspaper, When enquired with my newspaper vendor, he said that the coupons are not given to him from Hindustan times and he was giving the newspaper to us for last 2 and a half month without any coupon on friendly ground (as we are one of the his oldest customer). Also, when contacted Hindustan times customer care[protected] /[protected], the call gets disconnect during IVR message.

Kindly investigate the same and update me on the status. my address is as below
