[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever — 5th Complaint For Marvella UV Filter Within 8 Months! | |||
Hi, The water purifier has started leaking again! Within two days of changing the CSF by the so called experts, the water is leaking out of PureIt Marvella UV and what's even more shocking is that this is happening even when the device is switched off and so is the water connection. 1. Within 8 months of purchasing, this is the 3rd time complaint for leakage 2. Twice the float was changed 3. 2 times the CSF lamp had gone off, average once every 4 months. Before this, the service person had cleaned it instead of totally replacing I completely fail to understand that if the product is so low on quality, why is the company not changing it giving me a brand new one, and just going on repairing it? Would also like to know now after how many days or weeks this leakage complaint will be addressed as it generally happens about 15 days and 3 reminders? Also would appreciate if the company replaces this entire model/unit with a similar brand new one as its face saver and all the mental agony the customer has faced, more so after having the 5th complaint within 8 months of buying it.
