Dear Sir, I had purchased a pure it from Hindustan Unilever, after 10 day of purchasing we found problem for releasing the water. First I discuss with the franchise from where I had purchased. But no solution comes. then i call to customer care and the complaints but still no body came for service. This problem i am facing from after 10days of purchase.
