I have called around times to replace the battery of pureit appliance from Hindustan Unilever lt so far but so far no repsonse to my call what to do ? Was this information helpful? | |||

can i get only batter for my pure it or will i have to buy complete filter kit. last two times when i demanded the battery it was informed that there is only kit which is a cheating

I have booked for replacement of battery on 13.06.2009 on tollfree no [protected], it was assured that it will be delivered in 3 working days .but till date it is not delivered i.e.13 days are over . i called the no 4 times but nothing happened. i callled local co. representatives, given vague answers, later on they even didn't pick up the phone.
It was a horrible experience from company like Hindustan lever.in these 13 days, i have to bring mineral water from market cost almost double of battery cost.who will be responsible for this .this type of customer service is not expected . do the needful in the compeitative consumer market.
