Hindustan Unilever Ltd-Pureit Battery Kit — Worst Customer Service | |||
To Customer Care I have booked a Pureit Battery kit 8 Days back. I am yet to receive the Battery Kit till date. When I contacted the Customer care helpline they say to day it is not good day and we will delivery it someother day. When contacted the next day they take the order again and give 72 hrs time to deliver the same. How many 72 hrs do the company need to deliver the battery Kit??? Inspite of bluffing with customer why not make it available in Leading branded stores??? I hope you understand the customer's plight in getting a battery kit leavealone the service part of it. Atleast the person whom I spoke to customer service says he doesn't have his Manager's telephone number. Why bluff with customers??
