I purchased Pure-it on 3.7.2009 and my Customer ID is [protected].
The Germkill Processor of the unit exhauted and was showing red. I called the helpline no.[protected] on 7.4.2010 and booked my order. My mobile number was fed into the system and a recorded voice assured that the required item will be delivered within 3 days.
3rd day is completing today but no one has turned up so far with the desired item.
