[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever Pure It — replacement of accessories

The service provided after sale is the worst one. In case of battery change they hardly consider custmer need, as once the battery is finished it stops working completely and you have to wait for 72 hours when Some one will come to change the battery or my not come. How many times you request them they repeatedly say its 72 hours.
One the other side during marketing they will call you hourly and will urge for demo and bla bla bla. One should take market feedback before going for purchase of such products. All the best.

i wish to inform u that i purchase PUREIT Customer ID-[protected] on 27/11/2010 from Diksha Enterprises-gomti nagar, Lucknow TIN NO:[protected]) after two days of purchase i foud that some amount of water is leaks from pureit, then i thought may be overfiling of water canbe cause of this water leak then i call to customer care, after that one person from pureit came to my home & he told me that the plastic ruber packing in the lower part of pureit is damage then he replaced it.after two or three days again some amount of water is leaks from pureit, then i called thatsame pureit person who came to my houe earlier and this time he found that there is minor crack in the PLASTIC CHAMBER.

so this is a manufacturing defect .

and i request you to plz resolve my problem as soon as posible.
