Thanks, for your prompt response to my complaint. But, I don't feel safe yet to use my Pure It as a simple cleaning, only with the cloth & plain-water, is not just enough to make it safe for my family as it doesn't ensure against further deposition of moss. Was this information helpful? | |

There is a water leak from through-ing oring.1st complaint on 1st february and next complaint on 2nd february till now no one attend the complaint. Is there any one coming to attend or shall, I take the pure it filter to distributer for repair my complaint number is C:[protected] awaiting u r reply.
