[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever Pure It — replacement of GKB | |
Dear Sir, My customer id is [protected]. After seeing your advertisement on TV, I purchased Pureit water purifier through your AP call centre on 09-06-09. The product was delivered to me within two days of booking. I was happy using it, till Germkill Battery Kit life expired. I booked Germkill Battery Kit booking no. 052897 on 18-10-09, again no. 637930 on 21-10-09, and again no. 645023 on 23-10-09, but GKB has not been delivered to me. On enquiring fourth time I was told that my area is beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of any authorized dealer. Now my question is:- 1. For delivering the product you don’t have any municipal limits. 2. Why was I not informed at the time of delivering the product that you will not be supplying GKB for replacement at same place? 3. Why was my order for GKB booked for three times and not delivered? 4. A company like yours can not shade the responsibility of after sell service. 5. Lastly, please do get my GKB replaced or suggest me how use this Dabba as a show piece. Was this information helpful? | |

Dear Sir, I have order one GKB n dt 25/09/09 on my delivery address # 166, First Floor, Phase 6, Mohali, Punjab, but after several of reminder i dont get battery till date. Shall i know the reason for delay of delivery of GKB.i am waiting for your earlier reply.my contact number is [protected].

SIR, i am harish kumar actually i have ordered my product hindustan unilever pure it GKB since 20 days order no.-S10/DL[protected] on 03-07-10 my complaint no.C[protected] on 12-07-10 and again my complaint no.C[protected] on 15-07-10 i want to replace it quikly many time i book my order but no any single feedback from your side i booke my order 20 days before now what happen due to this late service my family drink unfiltered water from last 20 days.my mobile no. batter back is very poor. i purchased 2500 lts batery back was very poor
i purchased germikill bateery kit for 2500 ltr but life period was very short. it was blank after 1500 ltr
I have logged a complain dated 23 Oct 2010 to yr excutive Mr. Mukesh Patel, But he was not visited to my home for sollution . My CUSTOMER ID IS [protected], This complain regarding GKB, I have buy new germikit at 28may2010 of 2250 ltrs. Within a 5month its showing red.We are TWO members family. Please kindly replace the GKB as soon as early possible, so that we protect with bactarial water.
