[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever Pure It — No proper response of the toll free numbers as advertised

Sir,
Our customer id no is-[protected], my name is V.S.S.Mangalampalle residing at hyderabad. We intend to change the battery of pureit water filter , coz it has reached its expiry. We are trying to contact the toll free numbers given in their advertisement and also the number at hyderabad, but in vain. The numbers as aforesaid are not accepting any calls, the call is being initiated but there is no executive on the other side to respond to the call.
Hope you will take appropriate action and get our request and compliant registered with the company at the earliest.

Dear Sir.
Your advertisment broucher is having a printed no for contact [protected] on top for Uttar Pradesh contact, while dialing message heard the number is not existing as number printed feeling reliability I dialled so many time and one time after along time person holds and askes ye o ye like bulger sounds and on asking he handovers the tel to another person who replies this is wrong number.Kindly see your company is a reputed company no one can think- please see since i have purchased two pureit so we want aproper lookafter also.Kindly inform your new working numbers.

I had purchahed filter six months back and my moble no was [protected] but this no has changed to [protected], this has imformed to puri it custamer care and helpline also. Although then no bady has come to us.

or I am complaining to higher authority.

I want 2 chang the Microfibre Mesh and Gemkill Processor. I called your customer care No: [protected] many times and it dint even connect it to your customer care people so that i can tell them my problem of the PURE IT which we are having with us...

Sorry to say but your customers are not at all happy with ur response, you are not at all showing the intrest if the the customer is calling..

If possible please sought out my problem...we are totally depended on PUREIT

I'm Shankar. I too called many times and contacted its dealers in nagercoil several times, but no use. It seems not only the battery, the purifier also "Use & Throw". Hindustan unilever and their dealers are not giving proper response.

So, Ladies and Gents, Be aware of Hindustan Unilever products, don't buy them.
If Hindustan Unilever is a genuine manufacturer, they should call me on my mobile number is [protected] and solve this problem.

Hi All,

We want to complain about total negligent attitude of Pure It service.
The glass of our unit broke when the unit fell down. We had called the compliants dept and given complaint C[protected] on 2nd July. It has been 17 days now, but no one has come to repair the unit, although we are ready to pay repair charges. We are frequently calling the customer service, but they just promise that someone will come - however no one shows up. The service department just wasts the time.
We APPEAL EVERYONE TO NOT BUY PureIt. Please check customer service level before purchase.
I am so fed up, I am ready to call the press and throw the broken Pure it unit from the bridge.
