[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever Pure It — Non delivery of new gem kill battery

Address:Ernakulam, Kerala

I had ordered for a new germkill battery through telephone. The request is confirmed by the company by SMS and received as request no. RFS/385372. I am getting SMS from the company regularly for reply asking whether received or not. I replied no. Till date no one contacted me for supply. It is almost one motnth since I orderd the battery. Please look in to it.

hi iam rahul raj i complained for battery on urgent basis on26/0709 and yet to recieve it.called the call centre dozen times but of no use.my complaint no. is C[protected]

i ordered for battery kit and called up more than 10 times, still i have not received the battery kit. I'm totally fed up of the service backup of Pureit.
