[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever/ Pure It — No service to replace the kit and other parts | |||
I called the Hindustan Unilever PureIt toll free number for placing the order of germ kill kit and other damaged parts one week back and they send the message on my phone that the person will replace it in 72 hours. but till date nobody has turned up despite my calling again to the complaint section. It seems that rather than Hindustan Unilever, Government departments give better services. Now i m thinking that if they dont replace it i have to purchase some other water purifier but at least want other to know that never buy any product of Hindustan Unilever. Bigger the company, more hollow are the services. They talk big about one crore challange and other silly things. Just to catch fishes in net i suppose.
