[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever/ Pure It — Not Delivering of Germ kill Battery after placing demand even after 06 days. | |||
I have order a germ kill battery on 12 Jun. But till date (17 Jul) it is not delivered to me. I have spoke to the customer care executive 4 times. every time they noting down the complaint against the same and sending a new complaint registration no by sms. But till now no fruitful result. When I ask about the nearest dealer details they say " sorry sir, we don't have the dealer details we will send it to your home directly. Hindustan Unilever being such a big company could not control and monitor its dealers for good after sale service to its valuable customers. please look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||
