[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever - Pure It Water Filter — Non Supply of Battery Kit | |
I bought a water filter (Hindustan Unilever - Pureit) last year. Battery of Filter has expried 10 days back. Request for supply of Battery has been submitted on 27/07/09. It was told that the battery kit will be supplied within 2 working days. But till date it has not been supplied. On 01/08/09 I called again to know the reason for non-delivery. Again It was told the battery kit will be delivered today itself. But no one came.. When I called todays ie. 03/08/09 I was told that the Your order was booked on 01/08/09. So, kindly look into the matter and do the needful. There is no system for tracking of orders placed. Even they dont give any order / ref no. The service of Hindustan Unilever is very poor. SIR I have purchased pureit on dated 27-7-08. But I have no received bill for till date. I have Complaint so many times but no response. I am not satisfied with your service. Your company service is poor. I called your sale executives many time but he is not a responsible person. Your sale person name is Rajesh and Kaushal. This is No. of Rajesh-[protected] .He is very clever person his doing job in Hindustan but doing the work anthers company. He was tell me another products like :- RO his tell me this product is very good compare to Hindustan unileaver pureit.This is not good for your company that can prevent your companies good will . So take an action Immediately . Please give me my bill as soon as possible.

Hindustan unilever - Pure it water filter — Change of battery
I lodged complain on 11.6.08 ( complain no. S08/KOL[protected] regarding replacement of battery & other technical default . Called twice to remind the complain and they assured me on 11.6.08 to serve within 48 hours, but no action yet taken and even they do not entertain customer warmly and do rough behave . I'v become faithless and hope more customers are being cheated by the company .
