Hindustan Unilever Pure It — Defective device

The device has been malfunctioning since day 1. I had to lodge a complaint on day 4 of my purchase and from then on a visit by your service executive has been a regular affair (the complete list is given below).

On their each visit they do something which rectifies the problem, but for a short duration. Then again there is a problem, I lodge a complaint and but the device has never functioned smoothly for a sustainable amount of time. We are only two members in the family and so it is never overused. The device is operated only by me and is at the same place as when it was installed. Then what is the problem

All this only surmises to one thing the device itself is defective or faulty and needs immediate replacement.

In the process I have also spent money in such a short time of its purchase which is beyond my expectation of buying a product of a renowned brand.

I am a senior citizen retired from service and the anxiety caused by this product of yours is really affecting my health and peace of mind. In fact I am so upset with your product and service that I am considering to discourage many others in my area who are planning to buy Pureit. After all I cannot let them also suffer the same way as I am.

Hoping that my words will not fall on deaf ears and witnessing a service of high quality in keeping with the high brand.
