[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever Pureit — worst customer service! | |||
I booked a HUL Pureit purifying kit and the mesh via the telephone booking service..But currently it has been 1 and half month after the booking was made..there hasnt been any response from them! I contacted the local agents in kollam district of kerala but they never pick up the call. The office is unknown! This is really a big failure in their service! Am stuck with their product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, Customer service is Worst.They dump all the complaints made to their customer care centres.
They are Fooling around with every one.
Even Spares are not supplied...
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT .. Be Wise ..
