My Customer ID is: [protected] Customer Name: Manish Kumar & Device Srl. No. RPM[protected] Ph.No. [protected]. I have complained for changing the Micro Fibre Mesh of Pureit Water purifier as on 09-oct-2009. After Complain the company say that the service will be provided in the next 48 hours.But upto 06-nov-2009 I haven't get service whereas I am calling Company helpline No. [protected] & [protected] through mobile daily. They also send the messages 10 times that your complain has been attended, but no executive has visited. Complain number is:C[protected]. after that again they give complain number:C[protected]. then the new complain no.C[protected]. then the new complain no. C[protected] then new complain no.
