Dear Sir, I bought pureit from rohtak on 9/1/2010 on my address ASHWANI KUMAR H.NO. 20/31, AZAD NAGAR (NEAR DOUBLE PHATAK) ROHTAK-124001, but I am sorry to say that I still have not get the bill. I paid the money in cash to your representative and your representative told me that they will deliver the bill with in 2 days. Today is 22nd January. I have registered complaint so many times but all in vain. My current complaint no. is C[protected] and cuts. Id is [protected]. I got one message from Ganesh Mittal on 17/1/2010 having no. [protected] regarding for any complaint and I send message about non-delivery of bill but I got no response. Even today on 22/1/2010, I called Customer care executives at [protected] but they disconnect the phone with out listening complaint. I am feeling that I have been cheated. I want my bill OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY ABOUT MY FINANCIAL LOSS AND MENTAL HARRASSMENT. Regards, Ashwani kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
