DEAR SIR,
i purchase your product from some sales men before 15 day sr no is M8B[protected]
i get that product DEFECTIVE sales men told me i was change but till today he is not change my water purifier and also i do not get bill
i pay 2000 and he also told me this product is life time warranty
and i also complain to your customer care center cmplain no. C[protected] but not respose
now i feel that your service is very bad that why i do not want your product
so please give me aaarange to mony back take your product back

other wise i will complain to consumer court

hindustan pureit — bad service

mere jivan ka kharab anubhav hindustan pureit kharid kar hua.[protected] ko eski battery red ho gaye mai es di [protected] par call kiya .24 working hours me battrry mil jane ki bat kahi par aaj tak nahi mila .us din se har roz 2 bar call kar raha hu har bar kahte hai ki sham tak mil jayega.par pata nahi wo sham kab aayega. inlogo ne mujhe mansikroop se dukhi kar diya.

Hindustan Unilever — premature expirey of battery kit

Dear Sir,

At the onset, this is very upsetting to highlight such experience with a brand like Unilever wherein your customer service executives have rendered a ZERO service even after 30 days.


We have bought your product in the month of October 2007 and the first five months were good experience. As promised by your product in very 1500 liter of water used by us we are suppose to change the battery kit.We are three members family to use pureit water . Out of the three two are office going and hence we only consume water once we come back from office at night and the rest is an infant. We have calculated that we consume 6 liter per day and in a month we should need around 180 liter . If I calculate as per my understanding I should buy Pureit NOT BEFORE every EIGHT MONTHS.I hope you will have my purchase details in your system.As per my understanding, I have ordered battery kit in the month of april2008 and July 2008 respectively.

I the month of July I have called up your call center and expressed my dissatisfaction of premature expiry of battery kit, then sales person visited and request us to buy a fresh kit and assured us the the same would be highlighted to higher authority. In good faith I bought the 2nd kit.

In the month of October 2008 we all were out of the house for 28days for long vacation. Once I cameback I found that kit had already been expired.It means this time the same has served us only for 2 months.I have called up help line and helplessly ended the call.


Just for your reference I am referring the call center executive's lackadaisical attitude about the anxiety.
I was connected to a Junior guy and he has reconnected me to Mr Vijendra Singh(supervisor)and I was promised that within 48 hrs my problem would be resolved.After that I had several conversation with him and all the time he has failed to help me in any way other than taking my customer ID. I write to you Evey after 30days of ZERO service from helpline. Most of the time Mr Singh is not eager to take call or I am connected to some other person who asks me to call up once again after some days.I had a talk with another supervisor(Ms Subhra Roy), who has finished her duty after sending a person just to take my battery kit number.

We have faith in the brand Hindustan Unilever which has influenced our decision to buy Pureit. I would like your intervention in this matter and a favourable reply from you soon.
Let me know if I have to send this letter to somebody in your department.

Hindustan Unilever — Pureit Bad Service

I have purchased pure it 2 months ago. The day i purchased the product i was started having issues of low filtration.

After 2 month it stopped filtering the water .I checked their germ kit indicator even it was showing fine(Most of the part was white).

So i registered complaint on 30th june 2011 .Till now I m not getting any service from them.

I m calling the customer care every day but getting the same reply "We will sort out the complaint by today itself"

I have spoken with n number of executive and their supervisors(including Rohit,Ashwin,Amar).

It is really frustrating watching their add of claiming the safety challenge .How you people claim such thing if your product is not getting service for more than 12 days?

I m spending more than 50 bucks each day so till now by far i have spent more than 700 INR buying miniral water. This is how you claim your safety challenge "By asking your customer to spend money buying miniral water."

I have all the recording of your customer care executive promises.

I shall expect strict action by today itself or else i will sue you people.

There were lot of complaint numbers but this is the latest.

Hindustan Unilever — frequently waterfall after changing new battery

Dear sir/ madam,

i am using Hindustan Unilever water purifier- model- purit compact, after installing new battery kit of Rs. 350.00 , frequently water falls from battery indicator, battery installed on dt 13.09.2011, two times complaint given on customer care service, purit executive came & attended call, but still problem not resolved,

pl. do the needful at the earliest & i would be appreciate if this complaint attending as early as possible as we are valuable customer of Hindustan Unilever co.
