I placed an order for battery kit (order reference is S10/KOL[protected] for 2250 lt of Rs. 510. I got the confirmation in the form of sms also. But your concerned person Mr. Prasanta Garai came to my house and trying to fix the new kit on 07/04/2010 at about 2:30pm. I asked him to give me the bill but he was denying to provide me the same. Next I asked him what is the capacity of that battery kit. He said it is 1500Lt and price is Rs.420.
Now, I am concerned about your service................
1. you are not providing bill of new kit
2. Ordered item is not same as replacement kit.
Hence my conclusion:
I was going to be chitted by
1. false/duplicate item
I would like to bring your attention that what necessary actions you are taking in this context. When i will get my ordered item.
