Hindustan Unilever PureIT Water — guarantee product failure within 15 days & not replaced

hindustan unilever pureit replace battery on my request with paid INR 550 on 11th april which fail the function within 15days after instalation & become RED. after my so much complained & contineous follow up for 15days they replace the defective one with new one whose cost is INR 300. it is direct loss to me of INR 250.
it is just like cheating with customer.
so much fed up with such a poor response & company policies.

My self Jagdish, mobile number [protected] had daily follow up for my complain since 2nd may about my battery replaced on 11th April get red within 15days which was guarantee for 6month.
My complained numbers are following

After so much follow up at your call center I got one number to contact your dealer, he make misbehave with me

Really I am so much fed up with your response.
As my past Batttery is not working how can I trust for your product & go for new one.

Today Hinustan unilever pure it team forward my complained to dealer Mr pardeep mishra mobile number [protected] & he sent a person to my residence named sunny.
The person replaced the defected battery which was become red within 15 days instead of 6month.
After fitting the battery he ask to pay battery cost INR 550, we refuse to pay & he take out the battery.
I don’t understand why are you asking for the cost when it is already paid by me?
It is your fault why should I have to suffer.
It should be replace without any cost.

The loss has started now as this will keep on going... but you should be happy that you have got a good water filter. because the old type of filters are usless and need to keep on changing the filter tubes.

If you had taken the sweet converting water filter which rates come arround 10000 and more there there are 4 filters which will cost arond 2000 rs so what you had taken is good filter and be happy with it. As you know any using mechin will we comes under problem. yes i aggree with bad service from the Uniliver but comparing to other services

But sorry to say nobody has visited me, could you tell me the name of person who visit me or any refrence.
i dont understand your company policy. but please learn from other industries how they are caring there customer.
