Dear Sir,
With due regards, this is to bring to your notice that I, Shilpam Sood House No. M27, F-Block Sector 57, Sushant Lok 2, Gurgaon, 122001, as a customer of Hindustan Unilever has been cheated with its product named PureIT Water Purifier.
When I called the call center ([protected]) for a demo it was acknowledged the very same day, so I bought the product on 02/08/09 by giving cash payment of Rs. 2000, from their PWE: Mr. Honey, Mobile no.: [protected], [protected]. I have only been given order booking form (RPM [protected]) as a bill and was told that I will get proper bill and Warranty when somebody will visit my place for servicing after 15 days.
After the very first hour of installation the purifier started to leak so I called Mr. Honey back to look at it. He came back and fixed it, but now it doesn’t filter any water. I’m constantly trying to reach Mr. Honey but both his phones are either switched off or he doesn’t attend to my calls. I have also called up at the call center ([protected]) twice but no action has been taken as yet.
I feel completely resentful after all this harassment and really wish to get my money back with apologies from the company.
