[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever/pure It — No replacement of battery even after 11 days of booking

I booked for the replacement of the pure it battery and a stand, on the 30th May and till now I have not received my battery. Each time when I call the customer Executive assures me that it will arrive in three working days. Now it is almost one month and I have only wasted my time and money on phone calls. I am really regretting that I bought this product which has such a poor customer service.it is regester in the name of PARIMAL GHOSH. V- KAROLA, PAREU PARA, THAKURNAGAR 24PGS(N).W.B.
