[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever/pure It — No proper service for battery kit supply | |||
I own a pure it, My name is Ebinazer - [protected], old no: 60, new no:105, gandhi road, velachery, chennai - 600042. I placed an order for a battery kit on 7/02/2011, the call centre exe told me that i would receive it in one day. i waited till 10th. I again called up on 10th feb 2011 to know the status. The call centre exe said the order is not booked at all. i was surprised. Then i again booked the order on 10th evening, till 12th morning i have not received. Again 12th morning i called up and asked for the status and filed a complaint, the complaint no is C[protected], they said it will be delivered by 12thevening. Till now i have not received. When i asked them they are saying 14th i will get. I am completely fed up with this, what a irresponsible service. I am buying water can now for drinking purpose, god only knows when they will solve this. Was this information helpful? | |||
